Lock-Up Service

We will re-key or replace the locks on all doors that have access to the living space. We will install padlocks on all gates and will insure that garage doors are secure.  

Board-Up and Securing Service

Sometimes the home is either left with broken windows or vandalism has occurred that requires windows and/or doors to be boarded up. We will board up your properties and make them secure, or replace broken glass or doors as per the clients’ request.

Trash-Out & Debris Removal Services

We will perform a complete clean-up and haul away all of the trash and remove the debris from both the interior and exterior of the property. Many times the previous owner/tenant will have left a lot of trash, debris, paint, etc. on the premises. Proper disposal of items such as paint, chemicals, computer monitors, etc. is always adhered to. Junk left at the home greatly reduces the salability. When we are done, it is left in “broom clean” condition.

Landscape Cleanup Service

We will provide an initial lawn/yard care service as the landscaping has probably deteriorated since it was taken care of last. The services we include are mowing, trimming of shrubbery, and removal of all clippings preventing further degradation to the grounds. Good curb appeal is absolutely necessary for top dollar and quickest sale.

HouseCleaning - Janitorial Services

We will provide cleaning services including mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning of all sinks, toilets and shower/tubs and the washing of windows.

Repair Services

Many times a minimal investment in repairs will pay off greatly in the sales price. All work is performed according to client-approved proposals and local building codes.  

Yard Maintenance Service

We will provide ongoing yard care maintenance to keep proper curb appeal including mowing, trimming of shrubbery, and removal of all clippings. These services are performed twice a month.
